This year, as part of the Mexican tradition in the first days of November, Mexico City will offer two culinary experiences with the Festival of Pan de Muerto and Chocolate at two different venues. The festival will take place at the Palacio de la Autonomía of UNAM, located in the Centro neighborhood, and at Doméstico, an event space in Condesa.
At both venues, visitors will be able to enjoy the sale of pan de muerto and chocolate, two foods with a rich culinary and cultural tradition in Mexico during the Day of the Dead. In addition to the gastronomic showcases, various events will be held within a unique cultural program for each venue.
At the Palacio de Autonomía of UNAM, there will be presentations of businesses, workshops, ceremonies related to cacao, and artistic performances. Meanwhile, at Doméstico, the second venue will focus on providing a complete gastronomic experience with the sale of pan de muerto, chocolate, and other businesses, as well as an area for diners.
The festival will take place on November 1, 2, and 3, with entry times from 10:00 to 13:00 hours, from 13:00 to 16:00 hours, and from 16:00 to 19:00 hours. The costs will be 20 pesos with prior registration and 30 pesos without registration. To reserve, interested parties can visit the official page of Adelitas Empresarias, select the venue, day, and desired time, and complete the personal information for a maximum of 10 people.
